More nbn® plan price changes – June 2026

Why am I receiving this update?

Each year, we review our nbn® plan pricing. Following our annual review, we’re updating the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of our plans. From 1 July 2026, the RRP of your nbn® plan(s) will be changing.

How do I know which plan I’m on?

We’re unable to confirm your specific plan in this update. To check your current plan:

  1. Log into the Self-Care Portal and select ‘Manage nbn®’
  2. Refer to your most recent bill

What are the new plan prices?

Below are the updated standard Recommended Retail Prices (RRP):

Will my discount still apply?

Yes. If you’re currently benefiting from a promotion or customer offer, you will still receive this discount after the price change.

From 1 July, your existing discount will be deducted from the new RRP of your plan. No action is needed on your part. The price change will take effect from 1 July 2026 and will appear on your next bill on or after that date.
