If you’re an eligible CommBank Yello customer:


  • Open the CommBank app and tap ‘CBA Yello’ on the bottom right corner

  • Scroll to ‘Offers’ and tap ‘View all’

  • Scroll through ‘Specials’ to find your More offer, then tap on ‘View details’

  • Tap ‘Copy code & claim’ and follow the prompts on More’s website

  • Use a CommBank credit or debit card as your payment method at checkout

Yes, existing More customers who have enjoyed a CommBank offer (such as '3 months free nbn® plan fees') can transition to a Yello offer upon completion of their current promotion – just give us a call and provide your Yello offer code, and we'll update your account. Eligibility requirements of the Yello offer will still need to be met.

Are there any limitations on the number of services eligible for the CommBank discount?
Yes, CommBank Yello customers are entitled to a CommBank discount on a maximum of 5 mobile services per More account.

What are the conditions to maintain the offer?
To maintain the offer, customers must continue to meet the eligibility requirements of the Yello benefit set they originally qualified for and pay for the mobile service with an eligible payment method.

What if my payment method changes during the first 12 months of the promotion?
If your payment method becomes ineligible during the first 12 months, the discount is forfeited for the months paid with the ineligible method. If you reinstate an eligible payment method within the Promotion Period, any remaining discounted months will be reinstated, but no extensions are granted for forfeited discounted months.

What if my payment method changes after the 12-month promotion period?
If your payment method becomes ineligible after the 12 months, the ongoing discount is forfeited entirely. Access to the offer is revoked from the following month, and there is no capacity to reclaim it.

Eligible customers will receive a unique offer code via the CommBank app. To access the offer available to you under your Yello benefit set, you must checkout using your unique offer code and use a CommBank credit or debit card as your online bill payment method.

To access a CommBank Yello offer, customers must check out using a CommBank credit or debit card by 31 August 2024 and continue to use an eligible CommBank online payment method to maintain discounts.
Each Yello offer is only available once per customer and per premises. Each Yello offer has a limit of one Yello offer code per customer. 
Based on your eligibility, you may move between Yello tiers. Each time that you move between tiers, you may receive a new offer code and each offer code that you receive can only be redeemed once.
Customers are only eligible to receive each Yello offer that the qualify for on one nbn® service. 
Customers can redeem a CommBank discount on a maximum of 2 nbn® services per More account, provided you meet the eligibility criteria for the other CommBank nbn® offers. This limit applies regardless of whether you added any services under a Yello offer, or any other More nbn® offer that has been or may become available to you.
In case of relocation, the offer is transferrable to the new address for the remaining portion of the 12 month discount period.
You can change plan and continue to receive the discount on the new plan RRP for the remainder of the 12 month discount period.
If after signing up to the Yello Everyday offer or Yello Everyday Plus offer you cease to meet the offer’s eligibility criteria, you will continue to receive any remaining portion of the 12 month discount period and ongoing discount as long as you continue to use an eligible CommBank online payment method.
