Aside from calling us, you can log in to our customer portal and put the request through.

Requests will be forwarded to our team for processing. It would be processed according to your Preferred cancellation date or if immediately, the request may take 24 to 48 hours to complete. Our team would send a confirmation once the Cancellation has been received and once it has been completed.
If you are cancelling within the 14 day nbn™ trial, the refund would be received on the card you have used to sign up within 3-5 business days or depending on the clearing time of your bank. If after this time frame you have not received the refund back, please call our Customer Service team.
