How do I claim and view my Double Data in my account?

Existing customers who upgraded to an eligible SIM-only mobile plan, during the promotion:

If you upgrade to a higher-value eligible mobile plan during the promotional period, your Double Data will be automatically applied to your service – no further action is required. 

New customers who purchased an eligible SIM-only mobile plan, during the promotion: 


To claim your Double Data offer, your SIM must be activated during the offer period (3 July 2026 – 27 August 2026). Full Terms and Conditions here.

You can view your Double Data in the More Self Care Portal:

  1. Log into the More Self Care Portal using your customer account number, email and password.
  2. Select Mobile from the drop-down menu, then click Active Mobile Services.
  3. Find your relevant service and click View.
  4. Your Double Data will be displayed under the Bonus Data tab.
