What is a More International Travel Pack?
A More International Travel Pack is a one-off add-on that gives eligible More mobile customers a set allowance of data, standard calls and SMS to use while roaming in selected overseas destinations.*
More currently offers two International Travel Pack options:
7 Day Travel Pack – $35*
Includes 5GB of data, 30 standard voice call minutes and 30 standard SMS to use over 7 days.
14 Day Travel Pack – $55*
Includes 10GB of data, 60 standard voice call minutes and 60 standard SMS to use over 14 days.
With your Australian mobile service still connected, you can use your Travel Pack for everyday travel moments, whether that's coordinating dinner plans with friends, sharing sunset photos with family, finding your next adventure on the map, checking into a hotel or making a last-minute change to your itinerary while you're on the move.

Make your data go further while travelling
How much data you'll need overseas depends on how you use your phone.
Activities such as messaging, checking directions and browsing the web generally use relatively small amounts of data, while streaming video, video calling, uploading large amounts of content or downloading files can use significantly more.
Connecting to trusted Wi-Fi networks at your accommodation, airport lounges or other suitable locations can help preserve your International Travel Pack data for when you need it most while you're out exploring.
You'll also be able to monitor your International Travel Pack usage through your Customer Portal, and receive SMS notifications when you've used approximately 50%, 85% and 100% of your inclusions.
Organise your International Travel Pack before you leave
One of the benefits of an International Travel Pack is the ability to organise it before you even board your flight.
Rather than waiting until you arrive overseas, you can purchase your International Travel Pack in advance and select a future activation date.
For example, if you're departing Australia on Sunday and arriving in London on Monday, you can schedule your International Travel Pack to activate on Monday, helping ensure you're ready to connect as soon as you land.
How to add a More International Travel Pack
- Log in to your Customer Portal.
- Select the Mobile tab.
- Choose Active Mobile Services.
- Select View for the mobile service you'd like to use overseas.
- Click Add-on an International Travel Pack.
- Choose your preferred International Travel Pack.
- Select your preferred activation date and activate your pack.
Important: If you choose to activate your International Travel Pack "Today", you can begin using it immediately. However, the validity period begins at 12:00am (Australian Eastern Time) on the following day. Any unused data, SMS or call inclusions are forfeited upon expiry of the Travel Pack.

Important information
- More International Travel Packs are available to eligible More mobile customers and can only be used in eligible overseas destinations.
- International Travel Packs expire at the end of their validity period and any unused data, call minutes or SMS inclusions do not roll over.
- If you exhaust your included data, call minutes or SMS before the International Travel Pack expires, you'll need to purchase another International Travel Pack to continue using roaming services.
- International roaming services are only available when an active International Roaming Travel Pack is attached to your mobile service.
- Availability and performance may vary depending on destination, local partner networks and coverage conditions.
