Updates to our mobile plans

At More, we have always been committed to delivering exceptional services to our customers.

 

As part of this commitment, we want to keep you up to date about some changes we are making to our mobile plans.

 

From Wednesday 30 August 2023, there will be a modest increase in the price of our mobile plans and you should have received an email about this with more information about how this affects you.

 

We understand that any adjustment in pricing can raise questions, so we'd like to take this opportunity to share the details behind our decision.

 

The adjustments in pricing changes are a result of increased costs from our upstream network provider and broader inflationary pressures.

 

We have worked diligently to absorb cost increases for as long as possible, however, it has become necessary to increase prices in order to continue providing you with the level of service and reliability you deserve.

 

Please rest assured that we did not take this decision lightly.

 

On a brighter note, these changes are not just about price adjustments – we are also enhancing our mobile plans to provide you with even more value.

 

From 30 August 2023, most of our plans that are undergoing a price adjustment will also come with an expanded data allowance. Please visit our website for further information about the data allowances that apply to each of our mobile plans.  

 

In line with technological advancements, our 32GB plan and above will now include 5G network access (capped speeds apply).*

 

Additionally, we have also created a new 80GB 5G plan to meet the needs of data hungry customers and those customers on our 80GB and 150GB plans will soon have access to a 1000GB databank – double the previous allowance.

 

We understand that these price changes might present challenges for some of our customers.

We have a Financial Hardship Policy in place, and we are committed to working with you to find solutions that ensure your connectivity needs are met.
