If you’re not signing up to our exclusive CommBank customer offer: ConnectID is optional. If you are signing up to mobile, you can choose to verify your identity using ConnectID with one of the Identity Providers: CommBank, ANZ Plus, NAB or Westpac, or simply continue with our standard document-based identity check instead.
