Why has my exclusive CommBank customer offer been removed from checkout?

Your exclusive CommBank customer discount may not appear at checkout if one of the offer requirements hasn’t been met.

This can happen if:

•    Your ConnectID® verification hasn’t been completed within 30 days or was unsuccessful
•    You have selected a non-CommBank credit or debit card as your payment method at checkout
•    You’ve already reached the maximum number of discounted services allowed on your account

To help make sure your discount appears, please check that you:

•    Complete sign up for a new service using ConnectID to verify your details
•    Select a CommBank credit or debit card as your payment method
•    Have switched the ‘Are you a CommBank customer?' Toggle to ‘yes’
